WHO IN THE WORLD DOES THAT? Cornerstone roofing does.
Showed up exactly when they said they would (6:15 am) sorry to my neighbors. They were done by 2:15 Pm.YES that same day! … they had a guy cleaning up as the crew was working. not one nail or plastic left behind.
Seeing them work was like watching a well-oiled machine!
Their no-risk inspection revealed multiple pieces of wind damage to my shingles. From start-to-finish, the process was smooth, detailed and professional. The team who removed my shingles and installed the metal was amazing!
Comments from friends and family say it looks like a new house.
Cornerstone roofing did an absolutely amazing job on our home’s complete exterior transformation (roof, gutters, siding). … We are so pleased, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of an excellent, reliable company.

Verified Local Project
Green, Summit County
Green grew mostly in recent decades: its median home was built in 1983, and only 5% of its roughly 11,600 homes predate 1950 (U.S. Census Bureau, 2020-2024 American Community Survey). No single decade dominates Green's housing. The 1970s added the most, 19%, but the 1980s, 1990s, 2000s and 2010s each added between 12% and 14%, and about 1,500 homes, 13%, were built in the 2010s alone, per the same survey. That means a sizable share of Green houses are still on their first roof. For those, we look at whether the original installation included the ridge ventilation and ice and water underlayment a current installation would, because those details were not always part of an original builder roof.
Many Green homes built in the 1980s and 1990s still have their original or first replacement roof. An inspection checks shingle wear, flashing, and ventilation, and tells you whether a repair or a replacement makes sense.
About 75% of Green's homes are owner-occupied and 71% are single-family detached houses (Census). Our proposals spell out the shingle system, the scope, and the known costs before any work is scheduled.
