A few quick prep steps to help your build day go as smoothly as possible.
Move vehicles out of the driveway and away from the house
Remove or secure fragile items from walls and shelves inside (vibrations happen!)
Clear patio furniture, grills, and potted plants away from the house perimeter
Trim back any tree branches touching or overhanging the roof if possible
Let your neighbors know. It'll be a noisy but productive day
Make sure pets are secured inside or at a safe location
Ensure we have access to an exterior electrical outlet
Here's a step-by-step look at what happens from morning to final walkthrough.
Our crew typically arrives between 7:00–8:00 AM. Materials may be delivered the day before.
Most residential roofs are completed in a single day. Larger or complex roofs may take 2 days.
Roof tear-off is loud. We lay tarps and use dump trailers to manage debris. Your yard will be cleaned with a magnetic nail sweep.
Your project manager will do a walkthrough with you to inspect the finished work before we leave.
We don't just build your roof and leave. Here's what happens next.
We'll send you a completion confirmation with photos
Your warranty documentation will be filed and sent to you
We handle all final paperwork with your insurance company
Recoverable depreciation paperwork is prepared and submitted with your final invoice
Insurance jobs: we submit your completion documentation directly to your carrier. You should receive your recoverable depreciation check within 2–4 weeks of build day.
