WHO IN THE WORLD DOES THAT? Cornerstone roofing does.
Showed up exactly when they said they would (6:15 am) sorry to my neighbors. They were done by 2:15 Pm.YES that same day! … they had a guy cleaning up as the crew was working. not one nail or plastic left behind.
Seeing them work was like watching a well-oiled machine!
Their no-risk inspection revealed multiple pieces of wind damage to my shingles. From start-to-finish, the process was smooth, detailed and professional. The team who removed my shingles and installed the metal was amazing!
Comments from friends and family say it looks like a new house.
Cornerstone roofing did an absolutely amazing job on our home’s complete exterior transformation (roof, gutters, siding). … We are so pleased, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of an excellent, reliable company.

North Canton, Stark County
North Canton was built around the Hoover Company, the vacuum manufacturer that made this community one of the most prosperous small cities in Stark County for generations. The Hoover District neighborhood still anchors the downtown, and the surrounding residential blocks reflect that mid-century prosperity: well-built 1950s through 1970s ranches and split-levels on large lots along Schneller Road and Whipple Avenue. These homes are now at the age where original roofing systems are overdue for replacement.
North Canton's roughly 8,700 homes have a median construction year of 1971, and 69% are owner-occupied (U.S. Census Bureau, 2020-2024 American Community Survey). The 1950s were the city's busiest building decade, adding about 1,900 of today's homes, 22% of the total, and the 1980s and 1990s added about 1,400 and 1,300 more. Only 9% of homes were built in 2000 or later. That leaves North Canton with two large groups of roofs: postwar houses that have been reroofed more than once, and 1980s and 1990s homes now reaching their first or second replacement.
A home built around 1970 is typically on its second or third roof. If an earlier replacement was installed over the original shingles, we remove both layers so the decking can be checked before the new roof goes on.
