WHO IN THE WORLD DOES THAT? Cornerstone roofing does.
Showed up exactly when they said they would (6:15 am) sorry to my neighbors. They were done by 2:15 Pm.YES that same day! … they had a guy cleaning up as the crew was working. not one nail or plastic left behind.
Seeing them work was like watching a well-oiled machine!
Their no-risk inspection revealed multiple pieces of wind damage to my shingles. From start-to-finish, the process was smooth, detailed and professional. The team who removed my shingles and installed the metal was amazing!
Comments from friends and family say it looks like a new house.
Cornerstone roofing did an absolutely amazing job on our home’s complete exterior transformation (roof, gutters, siding). … We are so pleased, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of an excellent, reliable company.

Canton, Stark County
Canton has the oldest housing of any Stark County city we serve: half of its roughly 33,800 homes were built by 1947, and 53% predate 1950 (U.S. Census Bureau, 2020-2024 American Community Survey). The Census Bureau counts about 14,000 Canton homes built in 1939 or earlier, 41% of the city, and only 6% built since 2000. The 1950s were the busiest decade after that, with about 5,000 homes, or 15%. A house that has stood since the 1930s has typically carried several roofs, and older ones were sometimes laid over each other instead of removed. On a Canton tear-off we take the roof down to the boards, check them for rot and wide gaps, and look at the chimney and wall flashing, which on houses this age may have been patched with roof cement more than once. Anything beyond the shingles, such as new decking or rebuilt flashing, is photographed and listed as its own line in the written proposal.
About half of Canton's occupied homes are rented. Whether you live in the house or own it as a rental, the inspection photos and written scope go to the owner, and no extra work is done without the owner's approval.
Where a house has a steep main roof and a lower-pitched porch or addition, each section is measured separately, because a low-slope section may need a different underlayment or roofing product than the main roof.
