Stark County has roughly 168,000 homes, and 28% were built before 1950 (U.S. Census Bureau, 2020-2024 American Community Survey). Among the Stark County communities with pages on this site, the oldest housing is in Canton and Alliance and the newest in Hartville and Uniontown.
