Copley Township is one of the newest communities we serve: the median home there was built in 1992, and only 5% of its roughly 8,000 homes predate 1950 (U.S. Census Bureau, 2020-2024 American Community Survey). The 2000s were Copley's busiest decade, adding about 2,200 homes, 27% of the township's total, and 38% of all its homes were built in 2000 or later, the largest share of any community we serve.
