Showed up exactly when they said they would (6:15 am) sorry to my neighbors. They were done by 2:15 Pm.YES that same day! … they had a guy cleaning up as the crew was working. not one nail or plastic left behind.
Seeing them work was like watching a well-oiled machine!
Their no-risk inspection revealed multiple pieces of wind damage to my shingles. From start-to-finish, the process was smooth, detailed and professional. The team who removed my shingles and installed the metal was amazing!

Northeast Ohio Project
Cornerstone Roofing and Siding
Independence's housing is older than neighboring Valley View's: half of its roughly 3,200 homes were built by 1960, compared with 1975 in Valley View (U.S. Census Bureau, 2020-2024 American Community Survey).
95% of Independence homes are single-family detached houses, and 90% are owner-occupied, per the same Census survey. A house from around 1960 has usually been reroofed at least once, so we check for leftover layers and worn decking during tear-off.
Independence borders Valley View, where our north office sits at 9700 Rockside Road, Suite 125. Inspections are by appointment, Monday through Friday, 8 to 5.
